4 SHUTDO WN PROCEDURES T o shut down your humidifier , close the saddle v alv e on the wa- ter line. Then turn of f the humidistat. When set to the OFF posi- tion, the humidistat shuts of f the electrical po wer to the solenoid v alv e on the humidifier .
5 4. Remov e the front door from the humidifier . Rotate the latches one-half turn, then pull the door forw ard. 5. Remov e and inspect the ev aporator pad assembly . Lift the bearing from its retainer . (See Fig. 10.) Pull the assembly aw ay from the motor to diseng age the assembly shaft from the motor coupling.
