5 C ANDELIER ™ CANOPY BRA CKET INST ALLA TION Step 2a. Hold the canopy bra ck et up to t he ceili ng with t he ‘ lip ’ side faci ng the fl oor . Use a pen or p encil to m ark scr ew p la cement t hroug h the holes in t he bracket. Step 2b. In ser t th ree black r ubbe r gr ommet s to the ca nopy bracket as shown.
6 INST ALLING DO WNROD Step 4a. Unsc rew and re mo v e both pieces of the cont ro l housi ng cov er . Set the cont rol housing c o ver and si x screws a side . Y ou wil l re-i nst all the c ontrol housing cov er i n Step 4 e. Step 4b. Unscrew a nd remove cross bolt and nut f rom down rod ad apte r tu be in ce nter of control housing.

At tach t he fan w ire s ( com ing f rom the down rod) to t he ceili n g fi xt ur e outlet bo x wi ri ng b y placi ng the bar e end s o f the wi res side by si de and then se cu ri ng with a w ir e n u t . T e s t t h a t t h e c o n n e c t i o n i s s e c u r e b y p u l l i n g o n t h e w i r e nut.
8 Step 9a. Remove any rema in ing packag ing m ater ial f rom the Candelier fi x tu re. Ca refu lly unw rap the plast ic packag ing f rom the ca rdboard ca se o f bulbs. Kee p the case on a ha rd su rfa ce, for stabilit y . Step 9b. Re m ov e e a c h b u l b c a r e f u l ly, h a n d l i n g i t b y t h e w h i t e plast ic base, as shown .
