9 ASSEMBL Y Assemble latch le ver to rear tongue using 5/16" x 4" • he x bolt and 5/16" lock nut. Tighten nut until snug against side of rear tongue . See gure 1A. Attach the spring to the hole in the latch lock le ver • and the hole in the tongue.
10 Secure latch stand brac ket underneath the latch lock • le ver . See gure 5. Assemble the cart tray , car t bed braces and wheel • suppor t together using eight 5/16" truss head bolts and 5/16" nyloc k nuts. Tighten nuts after all bolts are in place.
11 3/8" x 1" HEX BOL T 3/8" x 3" HEX BOL T 3/8" NYLOCK NUT HOSE HANGER ROD Attach the engine mounting plate to the tongues • using two 3/8" x 3" he x bolts in the back holes , two 3/8" x 1" he x bolts in the front holes and four 3/8" nyloc k nuts.

15 SECURE ROPE 2ND LO WER SUPPORT R OD LOCK/UNLOCK LANY ARD • Secure rope around bottom of car t. Use the lanyard to tighten rope until it r mly secures the car t cov er to the car t. See gure 22. • Ensure lany ard is lock ed to keep rope in place .

17 Assemble the adapter br ack et to the deck using tw o • 5/16" x 1-1/4" he x bolts, 5/16" at washers and 5/16" nyloc k nuts. See gure 26. NO TE: It ma y be necessar y to use e xtra 5/16" at washers to shim under the brac k et next to the dec k surf ace.
18 LA TCH LOCK LEVER Locks the car t bed down to the tongue. Releases to allow cart to be tipped back f or dumping. THRO TTLE CONTROL Controls speed of engine. BOO T Connects the plastic elbow to the f abr ic top , directing discharged material into the car t.
