Set the engine spe ed to 2000 to 2500 r pm (ref er to tachometer on right control panel). This must be increased to full spe ed (3525-3675 r pm ) after becoming f a mi lia r wi t h the ma ch in e.

When rem o ving the lift l inkage f rom the dec k t he ten- sion of the sprin gs wil l go fr om the dec k to t he lif t hand le . Not capturi ng the lift hand le while rem o ving the li ft li nkage fr om the dec k wil l cause it to snap bac k.

20 Note: If you wi sh to m ove the m ow er by pushing , you m ust release the d ynamic brak- ing. Locate the le ver s at the rear of the mower . Pull both le ver s out and loc k in posi ti on. After pushing the m ower to t he desi red l ocatio n, retur n both le vers to t he operat ing posit ion (See phot o belo w) .
