Getting Started 17 Taking your First Photo English Setting the Flash Mode Y ou can choose from four f lash modes to suit various lig hting conditions. Press the Up/Flash navigation button to scroll through the four modes on the LCD screen. The flash settin g remains the same for subs equent photos until you change it as described above.

Use large aperture to get images wi th soft background , small aperture to get images wi th clear depth of field (DOF).
