3 4 Safety regulations Any person using the unit must observe the standard safety regulations and read the certificate to prevent incorrect operation or abuse of the unit. The following additional safety regulations must also be observed: - The unit must not be opened within the Ex-area.

5 8.3.1 Cardiac pacemaker The following instructions apply to persons fitted with a cardiac pacemaker: • When the mobile phone unit is switched-on, ensure that a minimum distance of 20 cm between the mobile- phone unit and the Pacemaker is maintained.
