4 OPERA TION Bef ore using Remov e all securing tapes. W ash inside the appliance with luke warm water and bicarbonate of soda (5 ml to 0.5 litre of water). Setting the temperature The temperature within the appliance is controlled b y the thermostat control knob situated at the top of the appliance.
5 P ositioning the inner shelves The walls of the refrigerator ha ve runners so that shelves can be positioned as desired. • K eep the time between buying chilled f ood and placing it in your fridge as shor t as possible . T ests showed that the temper ature of 1 litre of orange juice rose to 22°C in an hour between the super market and home .
Defr osting The refrigerator automatically defrosts ev er y time the compressor stops. The water is discharged, via the pipe, into a tra y located at the bac k of the appliance abov e the compressor , where it ev aporates .
