31 Basic Operations Making a Telephone Call 1. Press TALK, wait for dial tone, and then enter phone number. 2. Alternatively, you can enter phone number first then press TALK key. When using this method to dial out, you can use the Clear (Left) and Delete (Right) soft keys to edit the nu mber entered.
