Y ou will fi nd importan t safety in formation and usefu l operating tip s. Using Y our Ne w Dishw asher 1. Scrape lar ge food soil and har d items (toothpicks or b ones) from dishes.
7 ■ Place items so op en ends face down for cl eaning and draini ng. ■ Load glasses in top rack onl y . The bottom rack is not designed for glasses . Damage can occur . ■ Place cup s and glasses i n the rows between t ines. Placi ng them over th e tines can l ead to breakage.

9 NOTE : Fill amou nts show n are for standard pow dered detergent. Amounts may vary if y ou use liquid or concent rated powd er ed detergent. T ablet detergents shoul d be placed in the main w ash section of the detergent dispense r with the cov er closed.
10 ■ Use cycle s or options that a dd extra heat to the wash or rinse portion of the cy cle only when need ed. ■ Run your dis hwasher with full loads.
11 Chang ing a Cy cle or Setting During the first 2 minutes of a cycle Press a new cycle an d/or options. After the first 2 minutes of a cycle 1. Press CANCEL/DRA IN. Cancel/Drain glows. The di shwasher pauses for 5 seconds a nd starts a 2-minute drain (i f needed).
12 Cy c le Status Indicator s Follow the progress of your d ishwashe r with the Cy cle Status Indicators. Clean glows wh en a cycle is fi nished. The l ight tur ns off when you op en the door or pr ess CANCEL/DRAIN. Wa s h i n g W ashing glows while the dishwasher is washing or rinsing the dishes .
