Step 1: T o use accessories, remove hose from the top of the self-cleaning duster by lifting up and twisting (FIG.

10 ● R ● Q ENGLISH ROUTINE MAINTENANCE (continued) T op Filter Maintenance This new Eureka Upright uses a cyc lone system as a primary filter and a secondary or top mounted filter that has been moved outside of the dirt cup. This makes emptying the dirt cup much easier and less messy .

15 ENGLISH PERIODIC MAINTENANCE (continued) How to Clear Blockages in Hose CAUTION: T urn off the switch and unplug the electrical cord before periodic maintenance. Step 1: Firmly pull the end of the hose from the self-c leaning duster (FIG. 29). Step 2: Check for blockages in the hose, duster and lower hose.
