Tips On How To Use Your System Wate r • Use tap water for all your cleaning needs. • However, if you live in an area with hard water, use demineralized/distilled water when cleaning light colored fabrics to eliminate the possibility of hard water stains.
Using Your Steam Cleaner Wood, Vinyl and Marble Floors Use the rectangular brush with a terry cloth a ttached. Move the brush across t he floor as if you a re mopping. When the towel is soiled, you can turn the towel over or replace it with a clean towel.
Walls Use the rectangular brush with a terry cloth towel attached de pending on the surf ace area to be cleaned. For painted surfaces, u se the brush with a terry cloth attach ed to remove stains or spots. WARNING : Be sure that the paint is not a water-based paint that you are cleaning.
Garden Furniture Use any of the brushes depending on the sur face area. Vertical and Horizontal Blind s Use the rectangular brush with a terry cloth towel. Move the br ush over the surface, allowing enough time for the vapor to penetrate. For badly soiled areas, use the b rush without the cloth first to loosen dirt .
Nicotine and Tar Nicotine and tar dissolves at high temperatures and becomes a light yellow oil that has the consistency of sewing machine oil. When the nicotine/ tar film is touched by a hot terry cloth towel clipped over the rectangular brush, it im mediately dissolves and flows into the towel.
This steam cleaner can be converted to a high quality steam ironing system. Unplug the steam cleaner from the wall outlet. Disconnect the Flexible Steam Hose from the steam cleaner. Lift the plastic cover of t he connector port (8). Insert the iron hose with the connection plug (D) to the connecto r port (8) on the unit.
Steaming Your Clothes With the Iron Make sure t hat the yellow steam light (3) is “ON”, indicating that the stea m is ready. Make sure that the iron temperature light (E) went “ON” first indicating that the iron was heating and then turned “OFF”, indicating tha t the iron has reached the set tempera ture.
