EZ N Series 14 Direct H igh - Speed Connecti on In a Direct High - S peed C onnec tion, t he cam era c onnects direc tly to a mode m wit ho ut the ne ed for a router . You need to set the st atic o r dynam ic WA N IP add ress a ssigne d by your IS P (Inte rnet S ervic e Provider) in the camera’s configuration web pages.

EZ N Series 31 7.3.2 DDNS DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name System) is a servic e used to ma p a domain name to the dynamic IP address of a network de vice. You can s et up the DDNS ser vice for remote ac cess to the IP camera.

EZ N Series 34 Sender A ddress : Input the send er’s e - mail address, so that the receiver can recog nize the sender when an Eve nt message is received. Att ach Image : Check this box if you wan t to attach an image when an alarm is triggered or an I P camera detects even ts.

EZ N Series 53 ON ( HLC ) : This functi on is useful wh en the brigh t highlig hts, s uch as flashli ght or car headl ights , appear on the came ra vi ew. The higher the val ue, the mo re the highlig ht c ompens ation. HLC Level : Select a level for the HLC setting.
EZ N Series 54 White Ba lance Setting s: S elect the mode that deliv ers the best quality ima ge for the cam era’s light environment. There are five options: Auto, Manual , Ind oor, O utdoor, One Push. Auto: Sel ect to l et t he ca mera a utomatic ally a djust t he Whi te Bal ance.
EZ N Series 55 Sharpness Settings : Sel ect t he sharpness level of the image. A low shar pness level will deliver a softer, less detailed image. A high lev el will deliver a sha rp, highly detailed image. Switch Resolution Enhanc ement O N to e nable the re soluti on en hancem ent func tion.

EZ N Series 61 7.4.5 Priv ac y Mas k The Privacy Mask can block out sensitive areas from view, covering the areas w ith colored or black and white boxes i n bot h live view and rec or ded cli ps. Thi s feature is useful when user s’ don’ t want the sensitive information vis ible.
