Operation Choke Control Located on right console (black lev er) (see Figure 6). The c hoke is used to aid in star ting a cold engine . Moving the c hoke lever forward will put the c hoke in the “ON” position and moving the choke lev er to the rear , to the detent, will put the c hoke in the “OFF” position.

Operation PTO Engagement Switch Located on right console (see Figure 6). Switch must be pulled out (up) to engag e the blades . Switch is pushed in to diseng age the blades . The LCD indicator will appear when the PTO switch is diseng aged (see Figure 9).

Maintenance 13. T orque the n ut to 75-80 in-lb (8-9 N-m), loosen, then re-torque to 20-25 in-lb (2-3 N-m). Make sure axle does not extend beyond either n ut. 14. R einstall the seal guards o ver the wheel hub and insert wheel into caster fork. R einstall caster bolt and tighten n ut fully .

Maintenance Adjustments Note: Disengag e PTO , shut off engine , w ait for all moving parts to stop , engage parking brake, and remov e key before ser vicing, cleaning, or making any adjustments to the unit. CAUTION Raising the mower deck for ser vice or maintenance relying solely on mechanical or h ydraulic jacks could be danger ous.
