A-5 IN1502 • Appendix Firmware Upgrade Installation In some cases, the IN1502’s firmware may require replacement with an updated version. There are three user-replaceable firmware chips: U41 — the main microcontr oller , U38, and U17. The numbers are printed on the cir cuit board.
