Aw esome Activities T ouch an activity on the screen with the stylus. 4 T ouch the tool menu Home Screen with the stylus. Choose a fun activity from the Home Screen. Note: If Pixter® seems to be operating erratically (and y ou have r ecently changed the batteries), you may need to reset it.
5 Aw esome Activities Freestyle Drawing Scene Starters •U se any of the cool tools t o make your own creation: “P encil” T ool Straight Line Shape Maker Stamp It Special Effects Selector •T ouch the arrows on the bottom of the screen with the stylus to scroll through choices .
T ool Menu Aft er you choose an activit y from the Home Screen, choose a tool! T ouch the tool with the stylus. “Pencil” T ool Straight Line T ouch for freestyle dra wing or writing. Create your o wn drawing or write a message with the stylus. T ouch to make straight lines.
T ool Menu Shape Maker T ouch the screen and drag the stylus to make small or large shapes. Hint: To make a triangle , touch the screen and drag the stylus to make the base of the triangle. Then, touch the base line with the stylus and drag it to complete the triangle.
Erase It Us e your stylus to erase any part of what ’ s on the screen. T ool Menu T ouch to make your stylus an eraser . Full Screen Erase Hint: After using the full screen erase, y ou’ re still in the same activity using the tool you used before you erased the screen.
Special Effects Se lector S witch from whit e to black or black to white; r otate it or mirror it. T ool Menu T ouch to choose a special effect. Save It! (and Adjust the Volume) T ouch the IN file to sav e; touch the OUT of file to retrieve; touch the v olume control to increase or decrease sound to a comfortable level.

Battery Installation • Locate the batt er y compart- ment on the back of the toy . • Loosen the screw in the battery compar tment door with a Phillips screwdriv er .

13 Calibr ating the Stylus •T u r n Pix ter ® ov er and locate the calibration hole. • Insert, push and hold the stylus in the calibration hole. T urn Pixter over so that you can see the screen. When you see two ,y ou can remove the stylus from the calibration hole.
