This computer pro vides dif ferent pr ograms designed to tailor to y our f itness goals. Simply choose the progr am y ou like, set the time limit and begin exercising.

18 Stretches can help impro ve f lexibility and relieve the tightness in m uscles that results from repetitiv e spor t mov ements that require a limited range of motion. 10 to 12 minutes of daily stretching is recommended. This can be done when warming up or cooling down.
