THE CONTROL P ANEL 1. PO WER ON/OFF Easy push-button control s witch to turn the unit ON and OFF . 2. MODE There are f our different f an speed settings: • F AN—F an only (no cooling) • HI—High f an speed with cooling setting • ME—Medium f an speed with cooling setting • LO—Low f an speed with cooling setting.
BEFORE USING IMPORT ANT : Remov e unit from packaging and discard clear , plastic wrapping. Place unit in its upright position for a minim um of three hours bef ore operating for the fir st time.

DO NO T operate unit without condensate water tank and air filter properly in place. Cooling This unit is intended to cool a 200-400 square f oot area.
OPERA TION (contd.) 6. Press “A UT O SWING” button on control panel to begin oscillating vertical louvers. The vertical louvers will mov e slowly from left to right and back again f or optimum air distribution. Press b utton again to maintain a desired “fix ed” position to distribute more cooling air to one side of the room.
A CCESSOR Y INST ALLA TION Window P anel Kit (Optional Accessory) The Window P anel Kit is an accessory which, when used with the Exhaust Duct Kit, will increase cooling efficiency by directing w arm air exhaust out a window and pre v enting outside air from getting into the room.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING Emptying Condensate Water T ank When the condensate water tank is full, the “FULL T ANK” indicator light will flash,the unit will sound se ver al initial warning beeps, and the unit will automatically turn off.
