10 KITCHEN TIMER Y ou can use y our microw av e ov en as a timer . Use the Kitchen Timer for timing up to 99 minutes , 99 seconds. Example: T o set for 3 minutes. 1. T ouch Kitchen Timer pad. 2. Enter the time by using the n umber pads. 3. T ouch ENTER/ST ART pad.

Operating Instructions 18 COOKING GUIDE Guide for Cooking Meat in Y our Micro wave • Place meat on a microw av e-saf e roasting rack in a micro wa v e-safe dish. • Star t meat fat side do wn. Use narrow strips of aluminum f oil to shield any bone tips or thin meat areas .
Operating Instructions 19 Guide for Cooking Seaf ood in Y our Micro wave • Cook fish until it flakes easily with a f or k. • Place fish on a microw av e-saf e roasting rack in a micro wa ve-saf e dish. • Use a tight cov er to steam fish. A lighter cov er of wax paper or paper to wel provides less steaming.
20 CARE AND CLEANING F or best performance and saf ety , keep the o ven clean inside and out-side. T ake special care to k eep the inner door panel and the ov en front frame free of f ood or grease build-up .
Care and Cleaning 21 4. Slide the grille to the left, then pull straight out. 5. Push the hook and remov e old filter . 6. Slide a new charcoal filter into place . The filter should rest at the angle shown. 7. Replace the grille and 3 screws and close the door .
