Y ou can cycle through these pages by pressing the P AGE key to move forward or pressing the QUIT key to reverse.

38 GPSMAP 76CSx Owner ’s Manual M AIN P AGES > M AP P AGE Map Page The GPSMAP 76CSx comes with a built-in basemap that includes a database of cities, interstates, state and county highways, exit information, and lake and river outlines. The standard basemap can be enhanced with MapSource or BlueChart data.

North Reference —provides headings based on a true north reference. Switch to compass heading when below (for more than)—Select speed and time delay for electronic compass switching.

A jumpmaster is the individual in charge of a unit of skydivers coordinating a unit or cargo drop. Jumpmaster T o access the Jumpmaster: On the Setup Menu Page, highlight the Jumpmaster icon, and press ENTER .
GPSMAP 76CSx Owner ’s Manual 79 M AIN M ENU > S ETUP M ENU the drop altitude. Common values for an opening altitude range from 2,000 to 6,000 feet AGL. Static jumps require a drop altitude of at least 1,000 feet to be specified. A constant wind speed and direction for the duration of the jump is assumed.
