Syntax link-integrity ping-host < host_name | ip_addre ss > no link-integ rity ping-host • host_name - Alias of the host.
Link Integrity Commands BreezeMAX Wi² and BreezeA CCESS Wi² System Manual 245 Default Setting 6 Command Mode Global Configuration Example 5.21.5 link-inte g rity ether net-detect This command enables an integrity check to determine whether or not the AP is connected to the wired Ethernet.
246 Operation Chapter 5 - Command Line Interface 5.22 IAPP Commands The command described in this section enables the protocol signaling required to ensure the successful handover of wire less clients roaming between different 802.11f-compliant APs. In other word s, the 802.
VLAN Commands BreezeMAX Wi² and BreezeA CCESS Wi² System Manual 247 5.23 VLAN Commands The AP can enab le the support of VL AN-tagged traffic pass ing between wireless clients and the wired network. Up to 6 4 VLAN IDs can be mapped to specific wireless clients, allowing users to remain within the same VLAN as they move around a campus site.
248 Operation Chapter 5 - Command Line Interface client on the RADIUS server, then the fram es are tagged with th e AP’s native VLAN ID. • T raffic entering the Ethernet port must be tagged with a VLAN ID that matches the AP’s native VLAN ID, or with a VLAN tag that matches one of the wireless clients currently associated with the AP.
VLAN Commands BreezeMAX Wi² and BreezeA CCESS Wi² System Manual 249 • W hen VLANs are en abled, the AP tags frames rece ived from wireless clients with the default VLAN ID for the V AP interface.
250 Operation Chapter 5 - Command Line Interface 5.24 WMM Commands The AP implements QoS using the WiFi Multimedia (WMM) standard. Using WMM, the AP is able to pr ioritize traffic and optimize performance when multiple applications compete for wireless network bandwidt h at the same time.
WMM Commands BreezeMAX Wi² and BreezeA CCESS Wi² System Manual 251 Syntax wmm-acknowledge-policy < ac_number > < ack | noack > • ac_number - Access categories. (Range: 0-3) • ack - Require the sender to wait for an acknowledgement from the receiver.
