If your clothes and household items don’t look clean and fresh after washing, you will probably rewash them.. and that means you’ll waste energy. Remember to sort your clothes carefully, and load them properly, select correct cycles, use enough detergent and choose a water temperature warm enough to release and get rid of soil.

Is your water hard’? If it is, and if you use a carbonate type non-phosphate detergent, you will most probably notice limestone* deposits on your clothes and washer surfaces. The hardness of your water and your washing frequency will determine how rapidly the limestone will build up.
How to Partially Restore Clothes Once clothes have developed limestone deposits, they may be partially restored by soaking in a solution of two cups (480 ml) of vinegm in one gallon (3.8 liters) of hot tap water for 15 minutes. USE A PLASTIC CONTAINER.
