Dadoes can be cut using either a dedicated dado blade or a standard saw blade. The table s aw motor is pushed to it s limits when making a da do cut.

Rabbets can be cut with either a dado blade or a standard saw blade. Rabbet cutting on the edge of the workpiece requires a sacrificial fence attachment as shown in Figure 50 .
