Before pr oceeding , find y our treadmill’s serial number and model name located to the left of the on/off po wer s witc h and pow er cord and enter it in the space pr ovided belo w: R efer to this number when calling for service, and also enter this serial number on y our W arranty Card and in y our o wn records.
MO VING Y our treadmill has a pair of transport wheels built into the base frame. T o move , mak e sure the tread- mill is folded and securely latched. Then fir mly grasp the handlebars , tilt the treadmill back and roll. CA UTION! Our T readmills are heavy , use care and additional help if necessary when moving.
LEVELING The treadmill should be level f or optimum use. Once y ou have placed the treadmill where y ou intend to use it, raise or lo w er the adjustable levelers located on the treadmill base fr ame. Once y ou hav e leveled the treadmill, lock the levelers in place b y tightening the nuts against the fr ame.

QUICK ST ART UP Simply press the Start button to begin ex ercising. P A USE Press the Stop button to pause y our workout. RESET Press and hold the Stop button to reset the treadmill. GETTING STARTED TENSIONING THE BEL T If you can feel a slipping sensation when running on the treadmill, the r unning belt must be tightened.
CHOOSING THE TIME Press SELECT and use the + or - buttons to set Time. Once the desired Time is selected, press the START button. Select y our desired speed using the + or - (speed) buttons . FINISHING A WORK OUT When y our workout is finished, the treadmill console will beep twice and ‘END’ will be display ed in the Time windo w .

QUICK SPEED KEYS When in a progr am, the user is able to press an y of the desired quic k speed ke ys to g et to a spe- cific speed more quickly . NOTE: When in a speed-based pr ogram, if the user presses any of the quick speed ke ys , all of the remaining speed segments in the program will be modified as w ell.
CHOOSING A PROGRAM Choose a Progr am b y pressing the + or - speed buttons. Once the desired pr ograms is selected, press the SELECT button. Y ou are also able to press the numbered quick speed ke y whic h correlates with the numbered progr am to c hoose your desired progr am.
