First, line up the tab on the bottom of the grill with the recess on the purier base and then push the top of the grill for ward until it is closed. Refer to Figs. 6 and 7. NOTE: T his unit will not operate unless the grill is in the corr ec t position.
41555-01 8 Operation Filter Life Counters The pre -lter and lter are cr itical to the proper operation of the air purier . T o help you know when to change the lters, your Hunter Air Purier has F ilter Life Counters that will monitor the lif e of your lter .
9 41555-01 Operation Using the Ionizer Using the ion izer imp rove s the qu ality of ai r in the room. Negativ e ions a re re leased in to the air and positively charged dust, smoke, and pollen particles are attracted to the negative ions. These par ticles settle out of the air and can be vacuumed up during normal cleaning.
41555-011 10 Air P ur ier Maintenance Cleaning Your Air Purier Proper maintenance of your Hunter Air Purier will help ensure years of trouble free service. F ollow these steps to properly maintain your air purier: 1. Appr oximately ever y 90 days, the outside of the unit should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth.
