www .HunterF an.com 1.888.830.1326 If you ha ve an angled ceiling: 1. Y ou will need a longer downrod (sold separately) . 2. If your ceiling angle is greater than 34°, y ou will also need an Angled Mounting Kit (sold separately) .

Sav e the screws . They will be needed for blade iron installation. Note: Some fans will hav e a shipping ring instead of shipping blocks.

www .HunterF an.com 1.888.830.1326 Downrod (c ontinued) DO NO T PICK THE F AN UP BY THE CANOPY OR WIRES. Place the downrod ball into the slot in the ceiling bracket. Put the wires and do wnrod through the canopy . Let the canop y sit loosely on top of the fan.
www .HunterF an.com 1.888.830.1326 Wiring F R O M F A N F R O M C E I L I N G B R A C K E T F R O M F A N Using an orange wire connector from the hardware bag , connect the 3 grounding wires (green, green/ yellow stripe , or bare copper) coming from the ceiling , downrod, and hanging bracket.
www .HunterF an.com 1.888.830.1326 Canop y Lift the canopy into place so that the screw holes are aligned . Position the canop y so that, when lifted into place , the canopy ts into the hanging bracket as shown. Screw Holes Insert the two canopy screws found in the hardwar e bag.
www .HunterF an.com 1.888.830.1326 Blades Y our blades are shielded with Dust Armor® which is a nanotechnology coating that repels dust. F or cleaning the fan, use soft brushes or cloths to prevent scratching . Cleaning agents ma y damage the nishes.
www .HunterF an.com 1.888.830.1326 F eed the wire plug through the center hole of the upper switch housing , then wrap keyhole slots around the screws and twist counterclockwise. Screw two housing assembly screws from the hardware bag halfwa y into the motor housing .

www .HunterF an.com 1.888.830.1326 Maintenanc e & Cleaning The fan pull chain controls the speed: from high to off . The light pull chain controls the light xture: on and off . T o switch the direc tion of air ow , mov e the reverse switch to the opposite position.
www .HunterF an.com 1.888.830.1326 T roubleshooting Exc essive wobbling • Tighten all of the blade and blade iron screws until they are snug . • T urn the power off , support the fan carefully , and check that the hanger ball is properly seated . • Use the provided balancing kit and instruc tions to balance the fan.
