A SSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Tools Required A ssembling the Machine: Tw o Adj ustable Wrenches and A llen Wrenches. NOTE: It is strongly recommended tw o or more people assembling this machine to avoid possible inj ury. STEP 1 (See Diagram 1) A.) NOTE: Do not tighten the Nuts and Bol ts until instr ucted to do so.

STEP 2 (See Diagram 2) A.) Attach the Left Verti cal Beam (#1) to the left Diagonal Suppor t (#3). Secur e it w ith two M 10 x 2 ¾” Carri age Bolts ( #83), one 4 3/8” x 2 ¾” Bent Bracket (#25), tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#87), and tw o M10 Aircraft Nuts (#89).
STEP 3 (See Diagram 3) A.) Pl ace the W eight Glide Post (#12) onto the W eight Glide Post Base ( #11). Secure it with four M 10 x ¾” Carriage Bolts ( #79), Ø ¾” W ashers (#87) and M10 Ai rcraft Nuts (#89). B.) Sl ide the Slidi ng W eight Post (#22) onto the W eight Glide Post.
DIAGRAM 3 12.
STEP 4 (See Diagram 4) A.) Attach the Butter fly Base (#17) to the front of Rear Vertical Beam (#10). Attach the Butterfly Pulley Bracket (#18) to the back of Rear Ver tical Beam. Align the holes and secur e them wi th two M 10 x 2” C arriag e Bolts (#80), Ø ¾” W ashers (#87), and M10 Air craft Nuts (#89).

STEP 5 (See Diagram 5 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach a 123” Cable (#37) to the f ront opening on the Upper Frame (#13). Attach a Pulley (#44) to the opening . Secure it with one M10 x 2 3/8” Allen Bolt (#75) , two Ø 1 1/8” x 3/8” Pulley Bushings (#42), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#89) .

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach one end of the 79” Butter fly Cabl e (#36) to the cli p on the Left Butterfly (#19). D raw the Cable to the left Butterfly Pulley Bracket (#18).
STEP 7 (See Diagram 7 & Cable Loop Diagram) A.) Attach one 123” Cable ( #37) to the low er opening on the Rear Ver tical Beam (#10) . Attach a Small Pull ey (#45) to the opening. Secur e it w ith a M10 x 2 ¾” Allen Bolt (#76) , two Ø 1” x 5/8” Pul ley Bushings ( #41), and one M10 Air craft Nut (#89).
STEP 8 (See Diagram 8) A.) N ote: Help of another person is strongl y recommended for this step. Place the W eight Lifting Sleev e (#6) in between the tw o Saf ety Stop Frames (#7 & #8) .
STEP 9 (See Diagram 9) A.) Attach the Main Seat Support (#92) to the Rear Stabiliz er (#93). Secure it wi th two M10 x 3 ½” Allen Bolts ( #114), one 2 ¾” x 2” Bent Br acket (#27) and tw o Ø ¾” W ashers (#87). B.) Attach the Fr ont Post (#94) to the Mai n Seat Support.
STEP-10 (See Diagram 10) A.) Attach the Seat Bracket (#95) to the pivot on the M ain Seat Support (#92) . B.) Attach the tw o Backrest Supports (#97) to the Seat Bracket (#95) and al ign the hol es. Secure them w ith a M12 x 8 ½” All en Bolt (#113), two Ø 1” W ashers (#111), and one M12 Aircr a f t Nut (#112).
STEP-11 (See Diagram 11) A.) Pl ace the Seat Pad (#103) onto the Seat Bracket ( #95). Secure it with four M 8 x 1 5/8” Al len Bolts (#98) and Ø 5/8” W ashers (#86). B.) Attach the Bench Backr est Board (#104) to the Backr est Supports (#97) . Secure it w ith four M8 x 1 5/8” Allen Bolts ( #98) and Ø5/8” W ashers (#86).
