4 All instruction on the following pages must be carried out by a competent person (corgi registered) in compliance with gas saf ety (installation and use) regulation 1984. Important: disconnect the cooker fr om the electrycity and gas supply when an y adjustment, etc.
5 Important: make sure the supply pressure conf orms with the v alues shown in the tab le entitled “Car acteristics of the b ur ners and nozzles”. When the cooker is installed between cabinets (recessed), the gas connection must be effected b y an appro ved flexib le hose with bay onet fitting (BS 669 Current Edition).
6 Adapting the cooker to different types of gas In order to adapt the cooker to a diff erent type of gas with respect to the gas f or which it was produced (indicated on the label attached to the lid), f ollo w these steps: a) replace the hose holder mounted on the appliance with that supplied in the bag of “cook er accessories”.

10 The oven-operating pilot lamp (O) Signals when the ov en is heating. It s witches off when the temperature inside the ov en reached the temper ature selected by the knob . At this point the alter nate tur ning on and turning off of this light indicates that the ther mostat is operating correctly to k eep the ov en temperature constant.
11 The ov en off ers a wide range of alter natives which allow you to cook an y type of f ood in the best possible w a y . With time you will learn to make the best use of this v ersatile cooking appliance and the f ollowing directions are only a guideline which ma y be v ar ied according to your o wn per- sonal e xper ience.
12 Before each operation, disconnect the cooker from the electricity . T o assure the long life of the cook er , it must be thoroughly cleaned frequently , keeping in mind that: · Do not use steam equipment to clean the appliance.
