Connecting th e LitePro 760 is summar ized on the b ack of this card and described in detail in the LitePr o 760 User’ s Guid e . The User’s Guide contains instructions and illustrations for IBM- compatible, Macintosh, PowerB ook, X terminals and UNIX worksta tions.
If you are setting up the LitePr o projector for the first time, install the 2 bulbs that were shipped with the projector . Refer to the “Read Me First” car d for instructions. Place the pr ojector on a flat surf ace with the lens po inting towards the pro jection screen.

Maintenance 28 LitePro 760 User’s Guide Replacing the Pr ojection Lamps When a lamp fails, be sur e to r eplace it with another EVD bulb (36 volt, 400 watt) fr o m General Electric or OSRAM. These bulbs pr ov ide the best performance and longest bulb life.
Maintenance LitePro 760 User’s Guide 29 6. Using the cloth, unplug the old bulb from its socket as shown below . Be very careful not to touch surfaces that m ay still be hot. Do not touch the bulbs with your bare fingers. Always hold them wi th thei r plasti c bag or a cl ean clo th.

Maintenance LitePro 760 User’s Guide 31 Replacing the Fuse A power line surge or spike can blow the power su pply fuse and cause the LitePro to stop working. If this happens , you’ll need to replace the fuse. Use only the specified power supply fuse.
