BEFORE Y OU BEGIN W elcome to the family of discerning sound equipment users who hav e selected JBL Professional loudspeak ers. This Users Guide contains impor tant information that will help you get the most from y our JBL speakers so please take a f ew moments to read it and be sure to k eep it in a safe place f or future reference .
PR ODUCT RANGE The SR-X Series consists of 11 popular configurations including subwoof ers, front-of-house systems, and stage monitors. SR-X models include these features: • Metalized poly ester capacitors are used throughout (instead of cheaper electrolytics) for higher po wer handling and lower distortion.
T wo-W ay Systems SR4722X 12" two-wa y compact speaker : A great choice f or applications where compact size , ease of transpor t, and speaker stand "mountability" are required. F or speech and many music uses , the SR4722X works great by itself .
Three-W ay Systems SR4732X Dual 12" three-wa y system: T ake the SR4731X, add the high-frequency sizzle of a 2404 UHF driver and y ou get the ultimate speaker system f or ve r y high-le vel music pla yback in medium to shor t throw applications .

INPUT P ANEL Internal Network Mode Selector All SR-X models are fitted with the inter nal network mode selector . The ability to select the mode of operation provides the sound system user fle xibility in the system configuration, and also permits the system to be upgraded at a later date.
