Before using for the first time Wa rning! Remove all packaging, both inside a nd outside t he oven, before using the oven. When the oven is first connected to th e electrical supply, the displa y will automatically show 12:00 and the symbol flashes. Ensure the correct time of day is set before using th e oven.
“On / Off” - button T he oven must be switched on before setting any cooking functions or programmes. After the button is pre ssed, the oven symbol will appear in the display, and the oven light will switch on T o switch off the oven, you can press button .
Function symbols Oven Function Application Fan cooking This allows you to roa st or roast and bake simultaneousl y using any shelf without flavour transference. Preset temperature: 175ºC Conventional cooking The heat comes from both the top and bottom element, ensuring even heating inside the oven.
Using the oven Programming the oven To set the minute minder 1. Press button Time functions to select the minute minder f unction. The relevant symbol will flash and the control panel will display “0.00” 2. Using the button “ ” to enter the required time.
3. While the symbol is flashing, press the button “ ” to select the required time. The maximum time is 23 hours 59 minutes. The programmer will wait 3 seconds and then sta rt running. 4. After the time programmed has elapsed, the oven switches off automatica lly.
Child lock for the oven To prevent children from switching on the oven, it is possible to lock the oven controls. 1. Turn off the oven by pressing button . 2. Press Oven function and “ “ buttons at the same time for about 3 seconds. An acoustic signal will be emitted and the indication ‘ SAFE ’ will appear in the display 3.

Condensation and steam The oven is supplied with an exclusive system which produces a na tural circulation of air a nd the constant recycling of steam. This system makes it possible to cook in a steamy environment and keep the dishes soft inside and crusty outside.

Hints and Tips • Shelf positions are not critical, but make sure the shelves are evenly spaced. • When cooking more than one dish in the fan oven, place dishes central ly on the shelves rather than several dishe s on one shelf. • When the oven is f ull, you may need to allow slightly longer cooking time.
Hints and Tips • The mi ddle shelf position allows for th e best heat distribution. To increase base browning simply lower the shelf po sition. To increase top browni ng, raise the shelf position. • The material and finish of the baking trays and dishes used will affect base browning.
