LP Tank * NEVER store a spare LP tank under or near grill or in enclosed areas ............ / N _ . Never fill the cylinder beyond 80% full. * An overfilled or improperly stored tank is a hazard due to possible gas release from the safety relief valve.
LP Tank Exchange o Many retailers that sell grills offer you the option of replacing your empty LP tank through an exchange service. Use only those reputable exchange companies that inspect, precision fill, test and certify their cylinders.
Hold coupling nut and regulator as shown for proper connection to LP tank valve. Leak Testing Valves, Hose and Regulator 1. Turn all grill control knobs to OFF. , 3. Be sure regulator is tightly connected to LP tank. Completely open LP tank valve by turning OPD hand wheel counterclockwise.

Tank Exclusion Wire Place legs as shown (A). Left leg assembly has largeaxle holes on ends of legs. Hooktank exclusion wire into right and left leg assemblies (B).
Bottom Shelf to Legs Place bottom shelfend with cut out hole for LP cylinderbetween legs with axle holes.Attach to right and left leg assemblies with (4) 1/4-20x1-1/2" screws and 1/4-20 flange nuts, Tighten securely.
Wheels and Leg Extenders to Cart Turn assembly upside down. Insert axle rod through wheel,wheel spacer, legs,wheel spacerand other wheel.Attach with (1) 8mmflat washer and hitchpin.
Front Panels Stand cart upright. Attach lower front panelto lower half of cart with (4) #8x318" self-tap screws. Slideslot in upperpanelonto tank exclusion wire andattach to upper half of cart with (4) #8x3/8" self-tap screws. !" 17 #8x3/8" self-tap screws Qty: 8 Lower FrontPanel Upper FrontPanel 16.
Grill Head to Cart This step requires two peopleto lift and positiongrill headonto cart. Carefully lower the grill headonto the cart. Makesure the regulator hose is hangingoutside the cart.
Right Side Shelf Hookside wall of shelfover supportbrackets on side of firebox(A). Insert (2) 7ram fiber washers and 1/4-20x1/2" screws through inside front d firebox and (2) through outside backof fireboxfor each side as shown(B).
Sideburner Shelf and Left Fascia Hookside wall of sideburner shelf over supportbrackets on side of firebox(A). Insert (2) 7ram fiber washers and 1/4-20x1/2" screws through inside front of firebox.
Sideburner Bezel, Sideburner, Sideburner Knob and ignitor Wire. Position valve behind fascia and line up holes. Insert (1) of the #8-32x3/8" stainlesssteelscrews, do not fully tighten. Slip bezel underscrew inserted and positionas shown(A). Line up other hole and insertscrew #8-32x3/8" through bezel and into valve.
Sideburner Lid Attach sideburner handle to lidwith (2) #10-24x3/8"screws, 5ram lock washers and 5ram flat washers (A). Place sidebumer lid onto sidebumer shelf, attach with (4) #8-32x 3/8" screws and#8-32 flange nuts (B).
Heat Diffusers Place heat diffusers over burners by inserting tabs into slots in front of firebox. Opposite ends of heat diffusers rest on pins in backof firebox. Cooking Grate Place cookinggratesonto grate rests. CookingGrate Swing Away Insert ends of Swing Away pivotwire into holes in sides d grill lid.
Grease Cup Clip and Grease Cup Hang grease cup clip from bottom of firebox and place grease cup into grease cup clip. Grease Cu Grease Cu CAUTION Failure to install grease cup clip and cup will cause hot grease to drip from bottom of grill with risk of fire or property damage.
Troubleshooting EMERGENCIES: if a gas leak cannot be stopped, or a fire occurs due to gas leakage, call the fire department. , Damaged hose. , Turn off gas at LP tank. If hose is cut or cracked,replace Gas leaking from cracked/cut/burned valve/hose/regulator.
Burner(s) will not light using ignitor. Troubleshooting (continued) , Push-button sticks at bottom.. Burner(s) will not match light. Suddendrop in gas flow or low flame. Flames blow out. Flare-up. Persistent grease fire. Flashback... (fire in burner tube(s)).
