Model : 87032 Microwave Oven Owner ’ s Manual 1. READ these instructions carefu lly before inst alling and operating the oven. Keep them for further reference. 2. Record in the space below the “SERIAL NO.” found on the nameplate on your oven and retain this i nfo rmation for future reference.
1 PRECAUTIONS T O A VOID POSSIBLE EXPOSURE T O EXCESSIVE MICROW A VE ENERGY 1. Do not attempt to operate this oven with the door-open since open-door operation can result in harmful exposure to microwave energy . It is important not to defeat or tamper with the safety interlocks.
2 IMPORT ANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS When using electri cal appliances, basic safety precautions should be followed, including the following: W ARNING - T o reduce the risk of burns, electric shock, fire, and i njury to persons or exposure to excessive microwave energy: 1.

Limited Use · Aluminum foil — Use narrow strips of foil to prev ent overcooki ng of exposed areas.
6 COOKING TECHNIQUES Y our microwave makes cooki ng easier than c onventional coo king, provided you keep these considerations in mind: Stirring S tir foods such as casseroles and veg etables while cooking to distribute heat evenly .
7 BEFORE YOU CALL FOR SER VICE If the oven fails to operate: A) Check to ensure th at the oven is plugged in securely . If it is not, remove the plug from the outlet, wait 10 seconds and plug it in again securely . B) Check for a blown circuit fuse or a tripped main circuit breaker .

9 OPERA TION INSTRUCTIONS SIGNALS DURING OVEN SETTINGS ONE SIGNAL: Oven accepts the entry . TWO SIGNALS: Oven does not accept the entry , check and try again. S ETTING THE CLOCK 1. T ouch CLOCK pad. 2. Use the number pads to enter the correct time. Y ou must touch at least three numbers to set the clock (one for hour and two for minutes).

11 · T urn meat over when oven signals twice. T ouch ST AR T/STOP to resume cooking. · Af ter total cooking time, 4 signals sound and END appears in display . T ouc h RESET or open oven door to clear END before st arting another cooking function. · Let meat st and few minutes before carving.
12 PIZZA Reheating a slice of pizza: 1. T ouch PIZZA once. 2. T ouch ST ART/ST OP . Heating a whole frozen pizza: 1. T ouch PIZZA twice. 2. T ouch ST ART/ST OP . BEVERAGE For beverage (5 to 7 oz./cup): 1. T ouch BEVERAGE once. 2. Enter number of cups by touching number pad s from 1 to 4.
13 CLEANING AND CARE 1. When cleaning surfaces of door and oven that comes together on closing the door , use only mild, nonabrasive soups, or detergents applied with a sponge or soft cloth. 2. Turn off the oven an d remove the power plug from the wall socket before cleaning.
14 W ARRANTY This product carries a warranty t hat it will be free from defect s in material and workmanship for a period of one year fr om the date of purchase.
