7 COOKTOP USE Cooktop Controls IMPORT AN T : Y our cooktop is factory-s et for u se with Natura l Gas. If you wish t o use LP Gas, a n LP Gas Conv ersion Kit is included with your new cooktop. Se e the ins tructions i ncluded with th e LP Gas Co nversion Ki t for details o n making th is conversion.
8 Sealed S urfac e Burne rs IMPORT AN T : Do not obstru ct the flow of combustion and ventilat ion air around the bu rner grat e edges. Before cleaning, make sure all con trols are off and the cookto p is cool. Do not use oven clean ers, bleach or rust removers.

11 PORCELAIN- COA T ED GRA TES AND CAPS Food spills containing acids, such as vinegar and tomato, should be cleaned as s oon as the cooktop, grates and caps are cool. These spills may affect the finish. T o avoid chip ping, do no t bang grates and caps again st each other or hard surfaces such as cast iron cookware.
