10 Chapter 3. T he charms Shutting do w n the computer If you are not going to use your computer for a lo ng time, shut it down. T o shut down the computer , do o ne o f the following: • Press and hold or right-click the St art button in the lower- left corner and select Shut down → Shu t down .

Y ou can downlo ad apps from the store a nd install them on your computer . Y our computer must be connected to the Internet before you can use the store to downlo ad and install apps.

Snaps apps . Swipe in fr om the left edge an d drag the app until a divider appear s, and th en move the app wher e you want it.
