27 Disassemble the TOP PLA TE ASSEMBL Y. Pull out the drawer slightly upward. Unscrew 2 screws. Disassemble hose clamps and hoses. Disassemble the ventilation bellows and the water inlet bellows from the tub.
28 Disconnect the wiring connector . Unscrew 2 screws from the back. When reconnecting the connector Cold only model Cold and Hot model Open the lower cover CAP by using coin and pull out the lower cover in the arrow direction after a screw is unscrewed.
29 Open the door completely . Remove the two screws from the hinge. When removing the DOOR ASSEMBL Y , it is necessary to hold the BRACKET that is inner of the CABINET COVER. T ake apart the CLAMP ASSEMBL Y (cabinet). Unscrew 2 screws from the CABINET COVER.
30 Remove the BACK COVER. Unscrew the bolt to pull out the ROTOR ASSEMBL Y . Disconnect the wiring connector . Unscrew 6 bolts from the ST A TOR. Remove the BODY FRAME. (Only 1400 rpm models) Note : Hook of connector (1) is on the backside Pull out the HINGE, pressing its snap.
31 Remove PUMP and CIRCULA TION HOSE. Remove BELLOWS.. Disconnect the wiring. Unscrew 2 screws Remove the DRAIN PUMP ASSEMBL Y . Loosen the M6 heater nuts to pull out the HEA TER ASSEMBL Y . When mounting the HEA TER ASSEMBL Y be sure to insert the HEA TER ASSEMBL Y into the heater clip on the bottom of the tub.
32 SWITCH ASSEMBL Y , DOOR LOCK WHEN FOREIGN MA TERIAL IS STUCK BETWEEN DRUM AND TUB T ake apart the CLAMP ASSEMBL Y (cabinet) and release the GASKET. Unscrew 2 screws holding the DOOR SWITCH ASSEMBL Y . Disconnect the door lock from the wiring connector .
