AEROBIC TRAINER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
Congratulations... and welcome to the world of and the Lifecycle 9100R aerobic trainer. The following Parts Identification Listing and the step by step installation procedures have been assembled to make the set-up of your aerobic trainer as quick and easy as possible.
S A F E T Y F I R S T ! ⇒ DO NOT locate the Lifecycle 9100R aerobic trainer outdoors, near swimming pools, or in areas of high humidity . ⇒ DO NOT operate your Lifecycle 9100R aerobic trainer if it has been dropped, damaged, or even partially immersed in water.
T OOLS R EQUIRED FOR A SSEMBLY ... Phillips screwdriver, 1/2” wrench, 5/32” hex key wrench P ARTS D ESCRIPTION 1 Seat Back Screw 0017-00101-1131 Qty. 4 2 Seat Back Washer 0017-00104-0253 Qty. 4 3 Handlebar Bolt 0017-00101-0986 Qty. 2 4 Console Screw 0017-00101-1104 Qty.

Step 1 Align the four holes in the SEAT BACK (#5) with those in the SEAT BACK POSTS. Insert the four SCRE WS (#1) and WASHERS (#2) through the backside of the SEAT BACK POSTS and into the SEAT BACK. Tighten the four SCRE WS with a hex key wrench. NOTE: BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVER-TIGHTEN THE SCREWS.
Step 7 Carefully feed the wire back into the top of the HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY and attach the DISPLAY CONSOLE to the HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY using the four CONSOLE SCRE WS (#4) and a phillips screwdriver. Tighten the four SCRE WS in a criss-cross pattern. NOTE: BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVERTIGHTEN THE SCREWS.
OPERATION CHECKLIST ⇒ Insure that the STABILIZER BAR and HANDLEBAR BOLTS are tight. ⇒ Make sure the aerobic trainer is properly leveled and stable.
