Logitech Harmon y T ouch 1 Harmon y T ouch at a Glanc e The Harmony T ouch Univ ersal Remot e brings the fle xibility and conv enience of touch screen c ontrols t o y our home entertainment s yst em. Using the Activities f eature , you can c ontrol all of y our de vices fr om one location.
Logitech Harmon y T ouch 2 F av orit es Fa v orites ar e your f av orite TV channels. Using the m yharmony .com w ebsite y ou can select up to 50 f av orite channels to displa y on the remot e. Selecting a fa v orite channel will start y our “W atch TV” activity , if it’s not already s tarted, and tune dir ectly to that channel.
Logitech Harmon y T ouch 3 Harmon y T ouch First T ime Setup The easiest w ay t o complete the fir st time setup is using a laptop c omputer in the same spot where y ou will use y our remot e. That will giv e y ou acces s to all of the de vices y ou want t o contr ol using your Harmon y T ouch.
Logitech Harmon y T ouch 4 Installing the Setup Plugins If y ou are cr eating a new ac count or ac cessing an e xisting acc ount on a ne w computer f or the first time, y ou will need to install tw o plugins. 1. Click the Silverlight plugin butt on and follow the ins tructions to comple te the Microsoft Silv erlight installation.

Logitech Harmon y T ouch 6 Cop ying Setup Information f or an Existing Remot e If y ou hav e a pre vious Harmony r emote such as Harmon y One, Harmony 1100 or Harmon y 880, y ou can reuse the devic e and activity settings fr om that remot e to pr ogram y our Harmony T ouch.
Logitech Harmon y T ouch 7 Using the T each Commands Function t o Add a De vic e In some cases, y our devic e may not be r ecognized, or it ma y hav e been manufactur ed in dier ent v ersions that r equire additional informa tion to be set up pr operly .
Logitech Harmon y T ouch 8 1. Click the button to con firm the Manufactur er and Model Number for the devic e and click OK. 2. Click Select your de vice type t o display a list of de vice types. 3. Select the device t ype that best describes y our devic e and click Next.

For e xample, if y ou hav e a TV , A V receiv er , and Cable or Satellite bo x, y ou will want t o contr ol all of these devic es when y ou wat ch TV .

Y ou can also click the buttons at the t op of the list to choose which channel lis t is display ed: All Channels, Most Popular Channels, or F av orites.
Logitech Harmon y T ouch 12 Setting up F av orit es When Y our Pro vider is not Listed In some cases y our pro vider will not be listed in the f av orites setup pages. Y ou can still set up fa vorit es using the channel list and assigning a channel number for each channel manually .

Select your c ountry . 2. If channel information is not av ailable for y our country , the page will remain as is, and Ne xt will be enabled.

T he Rename Activity page displa ys. T his is the first page in the pr ocess for changing the activity settings.

Click the Adjust ho w y ou change channels link on the main Fa v orites scr een in your m yharmony .

Logitech Harmon y T ouch 23 A ctivity Commands When y our activity starts, all the butt ons on Harmony T ouch are no w configur ed to c ontrol that ac tivity . For e xample, the v olume button will c ontrol y our A V receiv er while the Play and Pause buttons and the dir ectional navigation will c ontrol y our cable or satellite set top bo x.

Logitech Harmon y T ouch 25 Using F a v orites Fa v orites T ap the star icon abo v e the Harmony T ouch screen to see y our fa v orite channels. Swipe up and do wn on the screen t o scroll y our fa v orites. T ap any fa v orite to tune t o that channel.
Logitech Harmon y T ouch 26 T ap the “+” icon at the bott om left of the screen t o add a new f av orite. On the remot e, y ou can choose from the mos t popular channels or can enter a specific channel number to choose a personal f av orite.
Logitech Harmon y T ouch 27 Using Help When using y our Harmony T ouch, obstacles or distance can int erfere with the signals sent fr om the r emote when it starts an activity . For ex ample, when someone blocks the signal when y ou pres s the W at ch TV activity or y ou are v ery far a wa y from the s yst em when you tap the ac tivity .
Logitech Harmon y T ouch 28 Settings Aft er completing the first time setup pr ocess, man y settings can be changed on the remot e that let y ou personalize y our Harmony T ouch or aect how it c ontrols y our entertainment sys tem. On the Harmony T ouch home screen, swipe all the w ay t o the right, to acc ess the Settings menu.
Logitech Harmon y T ouch 29 Inputs If y ou chose the incorr ect input during your setup or ha v e since changed ho w y our devic es connect to each other , you can updat e y our Input settings here. Under Inputs, choose the activity y ou want t o change and the devic e.
