7 Installation Of CO 2 C ylinder Support • Install the m etal support prov ided onto the 4 s tuds located on the exterior back wall. Align t he holes in the support with the studs a nd push do wn firmly. (See Fig ure 1) Installation Of CO 2 C ylinder • Install your fully charged c ylinder into the support stand.

10 OPERATING YOUR BEER DISPENSER Setting The T emperature To start, turn the tem perature control knob to t he maxim um setting (6). Allo w the unit to run for 3 hours at the m aximum setting. After 3 hours, adjus t the temperature c ontrol to the desired sett ing.
11 CHANGING THE REVERSIBLE DOOR This Beer Dispenser has the capa bility of either opening the door from the left or r ight side. The u nit is delivered to you with the door ope ning from the left side. Shou ld you desire to reverse the ope ning direction, please f ollow belo w instructions.
12 CARE AND MA INTEN A NCE Cleaning Your B eer Dispenser • Turn the tem perature control to "OFF ", unplug the Beer Dispenser, and rem ove the contents. • W ash the inside surfaces with a warm w ater and baking soda so lution. The s olution should be about 2 tablespo ons of bak ing soda to a quart of water.
