10 INST ALLING LCD TV ON THE W ALL Before you can install your LCD TV on the wall, you MUST first remove the base using the steps below: 1. Place the set facing dow n on a flat surface with a protective sheet or cloth the TV . 2. Remove two screw s from the base, grasp the base and pull it out.
11 GETTING ST ARTED 1. Place the TV on a sturdy surface. Note: Ensure that the TV is placed in a positio n to allow free flow of air . Do not cover the ventilation openings on the back cover . T o prevent any unsafe situations, no nak ed flame sources, such as lighte d candles, should be p laced on or in the vicinity .
