The Guardian f system releases chlorine dioxide on a controlled basis to inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi that form slime and cause malodors in th e food zon e of ice machin es.

If the ice machi ne requires more frequent cleaning and saniti zing, consu lt a qualified service company to test the water quality and recommend appropri ate water treatment.
