EN-10 Basic connections This projector can be connected with v a rious devices such as a VCR, video camera, videodisc pla yer , and personal computer that ha ve analog RGB output connectors. Impor tant: • Make sure that the connected device is turned off bef ore star ti ng conne ction.
EN-11 ENGLISH Pro jector + Computer For computer with Mini D-SUB For analog connection: 1. Connect one end of the supplied RGB cab le to the COMPUTER IN terminal (1, 2) of the projector . 2. Connect the other end of the RGB cab le to the monitor port of the computer .
EN-12 Prepar ation Preparation f or projection 1. Attach the pro v ided power cord to the projector . 2. Plug the pow er cord in the wall outlet. 3. Remov e the lens cap. Wa r ni n g : • Do not look into the lens directly when the proj ector is on. • The lens cap is f or protecting t he lens .

Howev er , sometimes images are not project ed correct ly owing to the type of the computer used. When the image from the computer isn’t proj ected correctl y , press the A UTO POSITIO N but- ton.

EN-22 Lamp replacement This projector is equipped with a lamp to project images. This lamp is a consumable . It may b ur n out or it s brightness ma y decrease during use. In such cases, re place the lamp with a new one as soo n as pos- sible . Be sure to replace the lamp with a new lamp separ ately sold that is e xclusive to this projector .
