3 [Wiring Precautions] CAUTION ● T ighten a module fixing screw within the specified torque range. If the module fixing screw is too loose, it may cause a drop of t he screw or mod ule. Overtightening t he screw may cause a drop due to the damage of the screw or module.

17 Buffer memo ry address An address that indicates the storage locat ion of data assigned to the buffer memory in an int elligent function module RAS The abbreviation for Reliability , Availability , and Serv iceability . This term refers to usability of automated equipment.

22 1.2 Master/Local Modules A master/local module is used to connect a safety programmable contro ller to CC-Link IE Field N etwork. The module is used being mounted on a safety base unit. The module can be used as the following stations on CC-Link IE Field Network.
