install cotter pin into cross pin. Install downrod into yoke. I nstall 4 x 40 watt candelabra base bulbs i ncluded. R aise fan with downrod assembled to the ceil- ing bracket and hang fan assembly . Be sure to rotate the downrod ball so that the notch in the br ack et engages the slot in the ball.
Loosen 3 screws with key slots and remove the screw without key slot. 25 T ake plate and place over the 3 screws with k ey slots and twist to hold in place. Replace the screw remo ved and tighten all 4 screws secure- ly holding the plate. 26 Loosen 3 screws with k ey slots.
Install wall control unit to outlet box using machine screws provided. 33 A ttach front cov er to wall control with screws provided. 34 T o control fan speed select from High, Medium o r low speed buttons. T o turn the fan off press t he F an on / off button.
1.Check main and branch circuit fuses or circuit break ers. 2.Check line wire connections to fan and switch wire connections in switch housing. 3.Check to make sure the dip switches from the tr ansmitter and receiver are set on the same frequency . CAUTION: Make sure main power is turned off.
