1 6 Question 1 What should I do if the kneading blade comes out with the bread? Remov e it with a pair of plastic tongs befor e slicing the bread. Since the Kneading Blade (7) can be disconnected from the Baking P an (6) , it is not a malfunction if it comes out in your bread.
1 7 Question 10 What will happen if I leave the finished bread in t he Baking Pan (6)? Whilst still in the Breadmak er for the first hour after baking is complete the bread ’k eeps warm’ to pre vent it becoming soggy .
1 8 High altitudes can cause the bread to over rise and then collapse during baking. T ry r educing the yeast b y 1⁄4 teaspoon. L id (4) is open during baking. Do not open the lid during baking. Bread did not rise enough Not enough yeast was added. Measure ingr edients accurately .
