29 28 Getting Started—T aking Pictures Step 3—Focus and Shoot The COOLPIX4300 has a two-stage shutter release button. 1 Focus • Press the shutter r elease button halfway to set focus and exposure. In a mode, the camera focuses on the subject in the center of the frame.
