EN 3 TIPS • The position of the chest belt af fects its performance. Move the chest belt along the strap so that it falls above your heart. • Avoid areas with dense chest hair . • In dry, cold climates, it may take several minutes for the chest belt to function steadily .

EN 5 USER PROFILE T o access the full benefits of the talking heart rate monitor, set up your user profile before you exercise. This will help you keep track of the calories burned over time. T o set the user profile: Follow the instructions in the Setting Mode section to select “User Profile” and change the sub-menu settings.
