ASUS MEW -AM User ’ s Manual 23 1 1) W ake-On-LAN Connector (3-pin WOL_CON) This connector connects to a LAN card with a W ake-On-LAN output, such as the ASUS PCI-L101 Ethernet card. The connector powers up the system when a wakeup packet or signal is received through the LAN card.
24 ASUS MEW -AM User ’ s Manual 13) CPU Fan Connectors (3-pin CPU_F AN) This connector supports a cooling fan of 350mA (4.2 W atts) or less. Orientate the fan so that the heat sink fins allow airflow to go across the onboard heat sink(s) instead of the expansion slots.

BIOS SETUP Boot Menu Boot Sequence The Boot menu allows you to select among the four possible types of boot devices listed using the up and down arrow keys. By using the <+> or <Space> key , you can promote devices and by using the <-> key , you can demote devices.
