7 1 Chapter 1 Intr oduction The AJ-SPX800 P video came ra-recorder integr ates a camera unit eq uipped with thre e CCDs, incor porating a 2 /3-inch on-chip lens f eaturing pro gressiv e drive te chnolog y , and a vi deo recorder/pla yer (VT R) that supports D VCPR O50, D VCPR O and D V f ormats.
8 1-2 Recor der/pla yer Features / Multiple Slots The AJ-SPX800P is equipp ed with fiv e slots for P2 ca rds. Up to fiv e cards ma y be inser ted in thes e slots fo r contin uous recording. The y also provi de new record ing capabi lities specifi c to memory cards .

19 2 2-9 LCD Monitor LCD monitor The LC D moni tor displa ys the video in t he viewfi nder . Alte r natively , it can show clip s on t he P 2 card in a t hum bnail fo r m a t . In thu mbnai l displa y mode , clips can be e dited or d eleted, or P2 cards can be formatted using the MENU BAR b utton and CURSOR and SET but tons.
