The procedure given here is f or the kind of installation where the unit is suspended from an ov erhead surf ace, but the same steps are f ollowed f or a stand-alone installation.

13 Installation Instructions How to install and connect the unit (continued) When installing the unit on a wall (installation example) 1 Before proceeding, fashion an L-shaped mounting fixture, and attach the fixture securel y to the wall where the unit will be installed.
14 Changing the direction of the nameplate When the unit is mounted on the ceiling, its nameplate will be upside down. The direction of the unit’ s nameplate can be changed. 1 Push in the par t indicated by the arr ow , and pull out the nameplate.
