The primary circuit is always “live” as long as the power cord is connected to an electrical outlet. ∫ Ca utions for Use • Al ways use a genuine Panasonic AC adaptor (DMW -AC5G; opti onal) .

Slide the r elease le ver in the direction of the arrow and open the card/battery door . • Alway s use genuine Panasonic batteries (DMW-BCF10E).

Pr ess 3 / 4 to select [AF MODE]. • Select the item at the ver y bottom, and press 4 to move to th e second sc reen.
VQT2D57 (ENG ) 16 Selecting the [REC] M ode When the [REC] mode is selected, the camera can be set to t he Intelligent auto mode in which the optimal s ettings are established in line with the subject to be recorded and the recording conditions, or to the scene mode whic h enables you t o take pictures that mat ch the scene be ing recorded.

Y ou can take pictures with greater freedom by changing var ious settings in [REC] m enu.

Release 2 / 1 when the number of the des ired p ictur e appears to play b ack t he pict ure.
